This website is a safe and secure patient portal which makes communication

easy between You and I.

Please NOTE: If you are a first time new patient, you will still need to go to the documents section of my website and fill out the appropriate forms.

Once you are on Patient Ally's website, You will click on "SIGN UP NOW, TO GET STARTED".

You will create a new account and once that account is created, a temporary password will be sent to your email.  Once you receive that temporary password, you will want to copy the password and paste it to the login page on patient ally's website.  You will then be prompted to create your own password for future use.

From there you can now go to Profile, then Patient Profile and enter in your demographics (General & Insurance).

Next, go to My Providers, Manage Providers and choose me as your provider.  Choose CA state and enter My last name Cimperman.  You will find me easily. 

Once you add me, I will have to confirm you as a patient before you can make an appointment or send me your information.

Once you are confirmed, we can communicate through the system.  This is just like any secure and safe email. 

The Next Step is NOT REQUIRED. If you want to, you can submit your health records.  Go to Healthcare Requests and Submit Forms.  Now you an email me your important health records.

NOW, you are all set to make appointments, change existing appointments or communicate effectively with your Acupuncturist.

This can be used with any of your Doctors who use this system!
