If you are a Cash patient or have Insurance Coverage, please visit our Forms page to download our forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to you more quickly.  Thank you

  • Initial visit: (~Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes), this includes a consultation of all your concerns, evaluation and treatment. Treatment may consist of Acupuncture only or a combination of Acupuncture with Electric Stimulation, Cupping and /or Moxibustion, in which there may be additional charges. Herbs or supplements may also be included if needed. Please call for pricing.
  • Follow-up visit: (~Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour)
  • For Senior Citizens and Military: 25% discount
  • For Children: 25% discount
  • Herbal and Supplement Consultations (~30 minutes, separate from Acupuncture treatments), this includes a health history, tongue and pulse diagnosis. Herbs and supplements are not included. Prices vary.

   
Insurance 

Most insurance is accepted.  Please contact your insurance company to see if Acupuncture is a covered benefit on your policy.  If treatments are covered, there is usually a co-pay or co-insurance due at the time of visit. 

We can also verify your insurance, if you would like.  In order to verify insurance we will need:

  • Full name of primary subscriber
  • Name of patient, if different from primary subscriber
  • Date of birth of both subscribers
  • Name of Insurance co. and phone number

Policies

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please give us at least a 24 hour notice, call and leave a message if you do not get a hold of anyone.  If you miss an appointment, forget an appointment or cancel with less than a 24 hour notice you will be charged $35.

Please be mindful of wearing any strong smelling lotions, perfumes or cologne into the clinic.  Some of our patients have severe allergies to these products.

Please turn off cell phones before entering the treatment rooms.  We would like to keep a quiet space for everyone to be able to relax.
