My back does not hurt for 24 hours a day, the pain has been reduced significantly. I can walk with less pain. My sleep has improved! Thank you Jocelyn.
When I came to see Jocelyn I had been trying to conceive for 7 months, since our first pregnancy ended in miscarriage. Jocelyn took the time to go over my BBT chart and identify the possible issues. She started me on herbs as well as weekly acupuncture treatments. I'm happy to say a month later I'm pregnant!! I will continue to see Jocelyn throughout pregnancy to help ensure the baby continues to grow and develop. At first, I wasn't sure how acupuncture would go (with my fear of needles) but she was extremely patient with me. I highly recommend trying acupuncture and herbs with Jocelyn for a natural and non-invasive treatment.
Carrie knows her acupuncture, she is very thorough. She is also a compassionate caregiver that knows how to listen. She is truly passionate about what she does. I sincerely recommend her, she has helped my family and me a lot!
By far the best acupuncture in the valley. I have been a paitient for years wouldnt think about going any where else.
I wanted to take a moment and let you know how much I am benefiting from seeing Jocelyn for regular Acupuncture treatments.
Over the years I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Degenerative Disc Disease, and finally Multiple Sclerosis. On top of all that I have had migraines, have fallen and suffered from insomnia from all my pain and other ailments. Overall, I am fairly healthy, I just have been medically diagnosed with these conditions.
My primary concern for finally trying acupuncture was uncontrollable pain. I am a proven needle-phobe as any of my friends can attest to, but I heard such great things about this, I wanted to give it a try. I am so tired of pills that don't do anything for me and I hate increasing the dosage to see if they will work better only to get more side effects or damage to my body.
Since beginning my appointments with Jocelyn, I have slept better, seen an improvement in my digestion, seen a reduction in my migraines, some of my pain points have gone away and others have been greatly reduced, my numbness has been reduced in some areas, I feel less stressed, and my overall body pain has seen a reduction.
I like how Jocelyn takes the time at the beginning of each appointment to see how my pain is, see if there are any special areas of concern, and works with me to see what area we need to work that day. I really like how if one area seems to be rejecting treatment, she doesn't force it to work, she will try it one more time and if the body doesn't want it we leave it alone that week. She makes sure I am warm enough, comfortable enough, relaxed and feeling right before she leaves the room. There is no stress involved with this, which works perfect, especially for someone like me who was afraid to come in and try this for so long before finally giving in!
Thank you so much for offering this as an addition to traditional medicine. I feel so lucky to have you working with my doctor to resolve some of my nagging health issues that medication just could not touch.
"O.K., let's just cut to the chase...
I absolutely detest needles. Sewing needles, tattoo needles, syringe needles, the song "Pins and Needles"... I avoid them all whenever I can. The sight of them makes me nervous and sweaty. Even the image of a cartoon syringe on a TV show like The Simpsons creeps me out. That being said, I began visiting Carrie Lynn Cimperman, L. Ac., approximately two years ago for acupuncture treatment.
How can this be? Why would somebody with a phobia of needles (called Belonephobia - fear of needles and/or Trypanophobia - fear of injections) even dare step into an acupuncture office? It's a simple answer ... PAIN, I have had a recurring chronic neck pain that made me decide to try something new for relief. The pain finally tilted the scales in favor of trying acupuncture despite my aversion to needles.
At that time I was experiencing frequent and irritating pain and tingling in my neck and shoulder. This pain would alternate from a burning sensation to aching, and with tingling from my neck down to my elbow. Within a few months, Carrie's acupuncture treatment had significantly reduced both the intensity and frequency of the pain. The burning sensation and tingling very rarely occurs now, and I experience aches and pains in my neck area much less frequently too.
(Another good point: since Carries is treating my neck, uppper back and shoulder, at least I am lying face down and I can't see the needles as she sticks them in.)
I have since learned through my medical doctor that I have degenerative arthritis to my C5 cervical vertebrae. While my arthritic condition will be with me for the rest of my life, thanks to Carrie Lynn Cimperman, it is a condition that is now very manageable. Lastly, Carrie has excellent rapport with her patients. She is caring, friendly and she can put anybody nervous about the acupuncture procedure at ease.
So, if you are in or around the Temecula Valley area and looking for a skilled and reputable acupuncturist, I highly recommend Carrie Lynn Cimperman.
I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Carrie Cimperman for neuropathic pain in the front area of my neck, and I want you to know what excellent service she has provided. First of all, Ms. Cimperman listens to the patients symptoms and concerns. I have read that "listening is the silent form of caring," and Carrie certainly proves it to be true, because she definitely cares. My condition is rather unique, and she has tried a number of needle placements to achieve results. One of the things that has impressed me the most is that she has researched the many possibilities, as well as consulted with the acupuncturist for Kaiser San Diego (who concurred with her treatment). Carrie also provides a peaceful ambiance for the treatments, with the soothing sound of water from a table fountain, dimmed lights and relaxing music. In short, I would enthusiastically recommend Carrie Cimperman for any Kaiser patient in the area who is referred for acupuncture treatment.
I used to suffer from lower back pain for years till I had micro disc surgery. By that time I had nerve damage in my legs. Years later I developed leg pain. It was with me 24 hours a day. I could not get a good nights sleep. I would get up tired in the morning with no energy. I tried many things over the years with little relief. then I decided to try acupuncture and I feel 100% better and no pain. I owe it all to my specialist Carrie Cimperman.
I came in with 24/7 'brain freeze' headaches, referred by my neurologist. After several visits with Carrie, my headaches diminished steadily and dramatically to my present condition of NONE. I was both shocked and very pleased with the results. I was unable to sleep, concentrate or practically do anything, everything I did bothered my very much. Now I have fun, I work around the yard and neighborhood, and painted the inside of our house! I entertain 20-30 people at a time in our home with pleasure, went on pleasure trips with my wife including 2 romantic 3 day cruises. All of this is Thanks to Carrie and Acupuncture!!!
I never thought I would do acupuncture, but after 6 years of lower back pain and no results from epidural, steroidal, cortisone injections, chiropractors and physical therapy, I felt I had no choice. Carrie Cimperman has been wonderful! Carrie is very kind, gentle and VERY knowledgeable. During my first visit, Carrie never promised miracles but explained to me that everyone varies in their results and explained step by step what she was going to do. I was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect bus she made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. I could not believe the results from when I had walked into her office with extreme pain to when I walked out. I felt rejuvenated and with minimal pain, just after one visit! Went to work the next day and my co-workers could not believer that I was walking around normal not like I had the say before I saw Carrie. I truly believe that I am one of Carries' miracles and would strongly recommend her to anyone.
My sister, Carrie, has performed acupuncture on me multiple times, and I have to say it is quite an experience. I think it is really interesting, and it is fun too. No, it does not hurt, and yes, it feels cool. It makes you feel very relaxed. Every time she comes home to Pennsylvania, I always tell her to bring her stuff so she can give me a treatment. I really recommend my sister to everyone, and not just because she is my sister.
I've been working in the same clinic with Carrie for over 3 years now, and I've been getting treatments from her that whole time. She is very good at what she does. She is a great acupuncturist and she's very personable also. She has helped me out both with acupuncture treatments and chinese herbs. I recommend her to all of my patients.
